A wonderful toning workout based off of ballet inspired movements and exercises. All fitness levels and experience welcome!

Recital/Costume:     This 8 week program is offered 3 times a year with no performance in our annual recital.

Dance Wear:     Tight fitting top & leggings or bodysuit & tights. Shoes: grippy socks, pink ballet shoes, foot undeez or bare feet
