1 hour / 6 weeks             Age 20+              Short Term Program

Prerequisites:     0 exp required

A wonderful toning workout based off of ballet movements, barre workouts and functional training. Full body benefits targeting all areas to improve toning, improve posture and balance, increased stamina and energy, develop long lean muscles, increased range of motion, strength and flexibility. All fitness levels and experience are welcome.

Recital/Costume:   This 6 week program is offered 4 times a year with no performance in our annual recital.

Dance Wear:   Please refer to Dance Attire for required dance wear for this class.

Mon, 8:30 – 9:30 pm (Spring 1+2 session)
