45 min/week Age 4 First Steps
Prerequisites: Must be 4 yrs old, PreKinder age
This class is for Pre-K students. We will begin to phase out creative imagery to increase technical and dance vocabulary for steps. It is based on ballet technique with a little jazz flare to music they enjoy.
Recital/Costume: This class does participate in our year end recital and will require a costume.
Dance Wear: Please refer to Dance Attire for required dance wear for this class.
1 hour/week Age 12-19 Recreational/Teen Beginner Full Year Program
Prerequisites: 0-2 yrs exp, no ballet is required
Our Jazz teen class provides a unique opportunity for teens and pre-teens who want to train in jazz but have limited or no experience in the discipline. This class uses modified elements from the competitive grades to build up strength and technique. Note: Most teen dancers will complete 2-3 years of the teen class before moving into the competitive grades should they be recommended.
Recital/Costume: This class performs a routine in our annual recital and will require a costume.

45 min/week Age 6-7 First Steps Full Year Program
Prerequisites: Must be 6-7 yrs old & in Grade 1 or 2 for school
The dancer will begin to learn the jazz and ballet primary syllabus in a way that fosters creativity and encourages fun! This class prepares the dancer for either the recreational stream or the novice competitive team the following year.
Recital/Costume: The instructor will pick which style of discipline will be performed in our annual recital and will require a costume

1 hour/week Age 8-15 Recreational Full Year Program
A fast paced, high energy class that focuses on kicks, turns, jumps and other stylized steps. Balance, flexibility and strength will be worked on and improved in a fun and age appropriate manner. We have a rec Jazz class for every age whether you are experienced or beginner!

Jazz Jr 2 Rec 8-9 yrs 1 hour
Must be 8 yrs old, no ballet required
Jazz Jr 3/4 Rec 9-12 yrs 1 hour
1-3 yrs jazz exp, no ballet required
Jazz Jr 4 Rec 11-14 yrs 1 hour
2-4 yrs jazz exp, no ballet required
Jazz Int 2 Rec 11-13 yrs 1 hour
3-5 yrs jazz exp, no ballet required
Jazz Int 3 Rec 12-14 yrs 1 hour
4-6 yrs jazz exp, no ballet required
Jazz Int 4 Rec 13-15 yrs 1 hour
5-7 yrs jazz exp, no ballet required
